Where can I find my study documents?

You will receive your study documents either by post or by e-mail from our service team.

If you book your studies digitally, your studies will be available in the STUDY PORTAL. To view them, go to MY STUDIES and check your booked studies. 

HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF THERE IS A STUDY OFFER AVAILABLE FOR ME?

There are currently two ways to receive a study offer from us.

Digital recruitment

  • you will be informed about a study offer by e-mail
  • the e-mail contains a link to the study portal on our website
  • your study documents are available there in digital form 

Recruitment via our service team

  • you will be contacted by our service team
  • we will make you a study offer
  • we will book an appointment for you 
  • you will receive all the necessary information about the study by post or, if you prefer, by e-mail

What if I have to postpone or cancel my appointment?

If you have booked a study digitally, you may have to cancel your participation in the entire study if you are unable to keep your appointments. 

Otherwise, please contact our service team if you have to cancel an appointment. 

In all other cases, please contact our service team at +49 40 4909 5600 (available Mon–Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) or send us an e-mail at studycenter@beiersdorf.com and we will get back to you.

How can I cancel my independently booked participation in a study?

If you want to cancel your participation, follow these steps:

Log in to the STUDY PORTAL

  1. Go to the “My Studies” section
  2. Click on the study you want to cancel your participation in
  3. Click on “Cancel study” in the “Details” tab

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WITHDRAW FROM A STUDY?

If you withdraw from a study, all data collected up to that point will remain part of the study.

PLEASE NOTE: Withdrawing will affect your financial compensation, which may result in a reduction or complete loss of payment!

I RECEIVED A LINK FOR A STUDY OFFER – MY STUDY TILE IS NOT VISIBLE!

Booking a study quickly secures your participation! 
It is therefore possible that you will not see any studies after clicking on MY STUDY OFFERS. 
This means that the study is already FULLY BOOKED at this point in time.
If you are interested, please try again later.
This is because if there are any cancellations during the period leading up to the beginning of the study, a place will become available again.

HOW CAN I DELETE THE OLD STUDY APP?

If you have used the Beiersdorf Study App on your mobile device, we ask you to delete the app now. All communication regarding study participation will now only take place via our website https://study-center.beiersdorf.com.

Please delete the Study App:

This is what it looks like on the iPhone iOS:

Select the Beiersdorf Study App on your iPhone and press and hold the app to open the context menu with additional options.
Now click on Remove App, confirm Delete in the next context menu, and you're done!

 

Android smartphone
To delete an Android app, open your smartphone's settings, go to “Apps” or “Applications”, select the app you want to delete, and tap “Uninstall”. You can also search for the app in the Google Play Store and uninstall it there.

Open the Beiersdorf Study Center website on your smartphone: https://study-center.beiersdorf.com/

  1. Go to LOGIN (1).
  2. Add bookmark (2).
  3. Click on SHARE (3) at the bottom of the navigation bar.
  4. Go to Add to HOME SCREEN (4).
  5. This will create a bookmark (5) for quick access.

NOTE: Some browsers may offer the option to “Install app” directly – follow the instructions if available.
