The SkinlyApp shows you that no connection to the measuring device can be established. However, the measuring device's Wi-Fi symbol is permanently lit in white.
Establishing the connection
- Restart your Wi-Fi router.
- Wait until the Wi-Fi connection is stable.
- Now start a new measurement in the SkinlyApp by tapping on “New measurement.” Leave the measuring device switched off.
- The app will now notify you that there is no connection.
- You may need to click “Repeat” twice before you can reconfigure your Wi-Fi. This may take a little time.
- Select your Wi-Fi network, enter your Wi-Fi password, and click “Continue.”
- Now start the measuring device by briefly pressing the on/off button.
- Place the switched-on measuring device on the QR code. Do not press the on/off button.
- The measuring device and the app will now connect automatically. You will be notified of this shortly afterwards in the app.
- You can now start your measurement.
