CONSUMER RESEARCH

In consumer research, we deal with the following:

  • how you use cosmetic products,
  • if you like them, and
  • if applicable, what can be done to improve the products that we market.

Consumer research can include both qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative methods in this case are individual interviews or group discussions and provide deeper insights into the "why" behind the behaviors. Quantitative methods are surveys with a large number of participants and so provide us with statistically representative data.

Consumer research uses various methods to collect and analyze data.

These include:...

  • Surveys
  • Interviews
  • Focus groups
  • Observations

These methods help us gain insights into your opinions and attitudes towards cosmetic products. We then use the information collected to improve our products or develop new ones.

After all, we want to inspire you with innovative cosmetics.
High quality and excellent skin compatibility are a matter of course.

Our new Study Center includes a bathroom and other rooms and spaces where we can see how cosmetic products are used or where we can conduct interviews with you.
