Where can I find the app?

How do I create my account and register?

  • Please click on the CREATE ACCOUNT / REGISTER button – the App will guide you through the individual steps. 
  • As a user who already has an account in the App, log in here with your email address and password. 

What does “PROFILING“ mean?

  • By entering your email address, you can request a CONFIRMATION CODE. 
  • By clicking on SEND CONFIRMATION CODE, you activate the process.  
  • We will send an email. Please check your inbox and spam folder, if necessary. 
  • If it did not work, please check your email address and try again. 

How do I activate the app account?

  • Please enter the CONFIRMATION CODE into the App.
  • In the next step, please enter your participant ID.
  • ATTENTION: Please enter your ID digits from the end (right) up to the 6th digit. If necessary, fill in the front (left) with zeros.
  • Afterward, please enter a secure password and then enter it again.
  • Finally, check the box and agree to the procedure.
  • Afterward, please actively close the window. The App is now installed.
