As a study participant already registered with us, you should check all your data stored with us, including the bank details, for CORRECTNESS and UP-TO-DATENESS when registering for the first time, and update them if necessary.
If you are not yet registered with us as a study participant, you will have to wait a little while before entering your bank details until you have undergone the dermatological aptitude test and have been approved for participation in studies.
Invitation to studies in the Study Center
Only after approval by the dermatologist will we be able to make you suitable study offers according to your skin type.
From this point in time at the latest, we will need your bank details to transfer the financial compensation.
Creating/Maintaining Bank Data
After your dermatological appointment, please contact our staff at the Service Point in the Study Center on the 2nd floor or contact our team on +49 (0) 40 4909 5600.
We will enter/update your bank details in your account.
